Meeting Minnesota's Highest Standards
Prestige Home Health is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services under Chapter 245D — Minnesota's Uniform Home and Community-Based Services Standards. Our license covers both basic and intensive support services.
We maintain all required background studies, staff qualifications, incident reporting, and annual file reviews. Every client receives a written service plan, regular service reviews, and a designated manager overseeing quality of care.
